I was looking for a new attorney to represent me for my SSDI claim. The law firm I was using was not providing me with any information and did not do any of the required appeal work that they told me they had done. Joel H.Schwartz's office was listed online as a reputable firm that specialized in these types of cases. I sent an email to them requesting them to contact me and they did so within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I required lumbar surgery in April and Joel Schwartz's office called me weekly to see how I was doing. They walked me through my final appeal with understanding and compassion and I was greatly relieved to have Attorney Timothy Pope beside me when my case was heard before a judge. Subsequently, I did win my case. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs assistance with a Social Security disability claim.
