I went in with a coupon for 6 treatments for $136.00. The sales lady sold me a ""special"" for supposedly $1200. I paid $275.00 and they charged my care credit for $1200.When I got home I thought about it and decided that was not such a ""special deal"" so I emailed them, called them, an wrote a letter but they never responded .Finally I did get to talk to Wendy, the sales lady was never available! Wendy told me I could get a refund of $136.00 and get the 6 treatments. I was happy with that because I wanted to see if it worked and I was going to buy more if it did but I went in for my first 3 treatments and came back for my 4th treatment and was told because I treated 2 areas it was just 3 treatments. I was not told that in the beginning or I would have jus asked for the fill $275.00 back. The communication with the sales office needs a lot of improvement. I don't feel like I received what I paid for. 6 treatments! Buyer beware!
