My wife and I used O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center for some carpeting in our home, and it was a really good experience. This flooring center has a vast selection of carpeting. Our sales associate, Monica Mills, was REALLY outstanding. You could tell she had been in the business for a while because she was extremely knowledgeable on carpet design. She had good, simple taste, which we liked. We ordered carpeting for our entire second floor and for the winding staircase that leads from the first floor to the second floor.
The installation was excellent, as well. The one who supervised the whole thing was very professional. He and his assistants knew exactly how to lay the carpet out on the winding staircase, so that the angles were arranged perfectly. The installation took longer than expected because we would move all the furniture from one side of the house to the other in order to work on the one side. Then, we would move everything to the opposite side and work on the other. On top of that, we were also painting both sides of the house, so in total, it took about 6-8 weeks to complete everything. We were 100% pleased, however, with the end results.
It was a pleasure to work with professionals. O'Krent's is the best carpeting company in San Antonio with the most terrific product. Our experience really stood out, and we would particularly recommend Monica Mills to anybody.
