Sorry, not a fan. My salmon came out over-cooked and dry by anyone's standard. The Manager agreed. (How could he not) and then he said would you like a steak instead. I agreed. But, in order to get it out fast it had to be cooked at a high temp so the outside was burnt and the inside not cooked. This put me a real disadvantage because now my party was heading for dessert, and I had not eaten yet, and to do anything would have been to hold up 12 people. That left me with a dinner of bread rolls salad and yellow rice. For a restaurant of this calliber it was exteremely disappointing and frustrating. Certainly, after the first meal was bad someone should have made sure the 2nd one came out of the kitchen differently. It seemed to be "no big deal" to them, indicating to me they really don't care about their customers, just the money. Shame on them!
