The woman who answers the phone is very rude. I called to inquire about repairing a refrigerator The woman answered the phone and continued her conversation with someone else. I finally got to ask my question she answered curtly, cut me off and continued her other conversation. Hello! I'm calling you to spend money in your establishment, learn some customer service! Better yet, learn how to answer the phone, I'd rather be put on hold than ignored without explanation! I'll never ever use this company!
