Businiess name:  House of Blues Sunset Strip

Review content:
I have been to the HOB restaurant in New Orleans several times and all experiences were great (food, service, etc...). We went to HOB Sunset Strip "The Porch" restaurant before a show (which they advertise so you can "get in early") and it was an awful experience. The waiter took our order 20 minutes after we were seated; that was about the only time we saw him; he never even welcomed or greeted us, my steak was bloody rare when I ordered it well-done; like the other reviews said, we were misled by different employees about how to get into the show after dinner. WHOLE EXPERIENCE SUCKED! I'll have to fly to N.O. to get good service. Everybody has an attitude. Isn't it common sense that as a waiter, if I am frinedly and polite, that maybe i'll get better tips? Guess this guy doesn't need money! Pros: Easy Valet Parking, Scenery Cons: $15 Valet, Bland "Cajun" Food
