Review content:
I think Supercuts must hire people in off the streets with no training!! They have butchered my hair twice! The first time I had my hair cut there, it came out horrible, the lady did not know what she was doing at all and cut my layers all wrong - instead of their being a fade of layers there was a lower level and an upper level, if you get what I mean. I went elsewhere to fix it! Then I got a coupon for them and though, why not, it's been a few years, maybe they'll be better this time. NOPE, and it was just to trim my hair not even an inch!! I ended up having to fix it by loping off 4 inches of my very well worked for long hair to get rid of the messed up layers and start over again!!! Will never make that mistake again!!
