I appreciate Jake speaking with me on the phone re: my concerns and then ordering the parts I need so promptly. Most times, you guys get 5 stars from me but this was an exception where I waited and hour and a half to get it serviced (Jake said it usually takes 45-60 min. Also, it wasn't made clear to me how bad the timing belt was until I asked Jake and in turn he found out from the mechanic that the belt needed replacing sooner than later. That made a difference as I had the grandchildren for two nights and thank goodness the belt condition was made clear so that I didn't drive the truck with them in it. If I had a suggestion, it would be for the mechanics to have 2-3 minutes of time to tell Jake the status rather than just throwing the finished write-up on his desk. Thank you, Sue & Tres White
