RIch really went the extra mile to determine what was wrong with my unit and kept at it\r
until he found the problem. HE ALso provided excellent customer service and was very\r
personable and above all honest...what a rarity these days. I hope he will always be our\r
technician . He also was gracious enough to negotiate a special deal on our behalf with\r
the owner of the company , which was amazing! THank you Mike for having. a heart.\r
and for caring about the welfare of your customers. And while we would like to have\r
RIch be our technician forever, I know he is sure to be promoted upward within your\r
company so that his talents can be maximized. WE can only hope that his successor\r
will behalf as terrific! THanks again Universal and you have a customer for life in our\r
