I always bring my vehicles to Sun Auto on west Trop for oil changes, and they always do a very good job. I brought my old Saab there a few weeks ago and it needed strut bushings (creaking front end). The tech that worked on it thought it was engine mounts, and even though I told them it had new mounts, he still insisted that was the problem. After discussing with Sean (the manager I believe) he checked it over and agreed with me that the engine mounts are fine. I think the tech was unfamiliar with the weird engine mounts on Saab (not like most other vehicles). I've had much worse experiences elsewhere. The Saab also made a little wheel bearing noise on the highway, but both Sean and the technician thought it would be a waste of my money to get it fixed now, so I'm still a happy customer, they won't fix what doesn't need fixing and always have their *customer's* budget in mind when suggesting what needs to be done.
