We were very pleased with Roto-Rooter's (2800 Longhorn Blvd) service, from making the appointment through the repair. When we called to schedule an appointment, our call was promptly answered by a live person. She emailed us confirmation of our appointment within minutes of our call. We then received a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived, notifying us he was on his way. Marc (1075) arrived promptly, was very courteous, listened to our concerns, examined our plumbing needs, discussed pricing (even let us know there was a coupon online we could use), and completed the repair - leaving the area as clean as it was when he arrived. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter (2800 Longhorn Blvd) again as well as recommend them to our friends and family.
