Businiess name:  Klein's Custom Countertops
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Run away...run away quickly. Don't believe the colorful website. Hire this company, referred to me by Home Depot, and you'll regret your decision. I certainly do.\r \r I am a senior citizen, who made the mistake of using Klein's Countertops to design and install quartz counter tops in my kitchen. Two weeks after the installation, the counter top has a huge crack in it. Klein's Countertops denies that they delivered and improperly installed shoddy, defective products. I've brought in 3 separate contractors who agree that the counter tops were improperly braced during installation. Klein's denies all responsibility.\r \r I am now stuck with a $22K kitchen upgrade, a counter top that I can't use, and needless to say, I'm pretty angry. DO NOT USE KLEIN'S COUNTERTOPS. You'll be sorry. They'll just take your money and run.
