India Castle has tastefully accomplished what might be though of as nearly impossible; distinguishing itself as the preeminent Indian restaurant in the greater Boston/Cambridge area. Even a quick glance of the extensive menu will familiarize the reader with an abundance of succulent choices sure to enduce a modest amount of salivation. The spicest dishes are crafted with an attention to taste that rivals the best Indian restaurants around the world. If a more delicate palate is in attendance the chicken korma is a wonderful choice. The Peshawari nan is second to none and the best this author has tasted. The wait staff is gracious, knowledgeable and eager to provide studied suggestions. The restaurant is clean, well illuminated and modern; providing the diner with a charm that is sublte and complementary to its world class menu. A must try!
