TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, RUTHLESS, UNEDUCATED AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ROAD SIDE IS GREAT!- BUT ONCE YOU CROSS OVER INTO INSURANCE CLAIMS, YOU'RE HISTORY!!!!!!!... THEY'RE INSURED MADE AN ILLEGAL LANE CHANGE IN FRONT OF ME AND CHANGED MY LIFE IN AN INSTANT!!!!!!! YOU'LL SUFFER NOT ONLY PHYSICAL PAIN FROM THEY'RE INSURED, BUT EMOTIONAL STRAIN AND MENTAL ANGUISH FROM THEIR LACK OF COMMON SENSE, INTEGRITY AND COMPASSION.
THE CLAIMS DEPT. (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA) THEY'LL MAKE YOU WAIT, AND WAIT AND TOSS AND TURN AND SUFFER., AND MAKE CALL AFTER CALL AND MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE. BUT THEN! -THEY'LL COME IN LIKE A SWEET HELPFUL HUMAN BEING AND THE SUN MAY COME OUT FOR A WHILE, BUT THEN, WHEN YOU'RE NOT LOOKING THEY'LL POUNCE AND SINK THEIR TEETH IN!
AND AGAIN, YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND THEY DON'T CARE THEY REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DON'T CARE AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE. --THEY WILL NEVER PAY! BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO WEALTHY AND TOO POWERFUL AND DO CHARITY EVENTS AND SHAKE HANDS WITH THE FREEMASONS AND F**K YOU RIGHT UP THE ASS, AFTER BLINDFOLDING YOU NAKED IN THE STREET.
