Tausha has helped my husband and I with our real estate needs a handful of times! She helped me purchase my new condo back in 2005, buy a new house in 2011, and then helped me sell the condo this year! All three times, she was very patient and educational in the home buying and selling process. Since I was a 1st time home buyer in 2005, I knew nothing about buying a home. She helped me and showed me several houses, before I decided on new construction. Then, in 2011 we were in a time crunch to find a new house, and Tausha was very helpful in showing my husband and I houses, before we decided on new construction (again) :) During that time, Tausha was very helpful with preparing a lease for both of our renters and finding my husband find a renter for his house, as well as giving rental advice. This year, Tausha helped me decide to sell my condo, and walked me through this every step of the way. She managed to sell my condo for the asking price, within 10 days, while my renter was still in it! So, I never had to pay a mortgage payment in between the renter leaving and the buyer moving in. I really appreciate Tausha requiring so little of my time to get the job done, and to get it done well! I would highly recommend Tausha and her team!!
