Desiree is simply awesome! My niece was in dire need: relocating from 2,500 miles away; starting a new job in Austin in 2 weeks; phone/email inquiries + local friend researching, turned up NO place that would even accept an application until after the first of the month. I called Desiree, gave her criteria/background and immediately I was impressed. She asked all the right questions, was clear & concise, and extremely effective. She lined up candidate apartments, and was responsive when given criteria adjustments on the fly. My niece has an application pending, and Desiree also gave her additional tips to aid my niece's first-time leasing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
