So I figure for the price that I am paying for a ""Creative director"" hair colorist, I would be getting some good service. I actually took pictures in with me and said ""I want it like this"". Not only did she do something different but when I asked her, very graciously, if she could fix it- she gave me attitude! I was there for a little over 5 hours- talk about knocking out my day! The only person I found worth going there for was my hair stylist, Eric. Great haircut and still in my budget.
Cons: Expensive, Crowded, Lacking personal care
