Review content:
Followed up with their version of customer service. The person I spoke with obviously had no authority to do anything and so I asked to speak to someone with authority. Asked for a callback but never received one. Pretty much was blown off. I have decided to file a complaint with the Washington State Department of Cosmetology regarding their practices. I doubt anything will be done but who knows. I know I am not the only client who has had issues with this shoddy excuse of a school.
