Spoke with Tom for a estimate on my vue trans. He quoted me 1,500. Ended up paying 2,900 cash. Drove for a week no reverse. Paid 150 more drove it another week no reverse again. Got it back and drove it and it wouldn't go over 5mph. It's been in the shop now for over 3 1/2 months now. Asked for my money back Tom insists on fixing it. If you can't fix it just give my money back. Tired of being patient. Money or small claims is my only answer now. No one should be without their car for 3 1/2 months. Doesn't make any sense.
