Review content:
I saw Dr. Tuggle several times in 2007, and my insurance company paid for the services. Two years later he sent me to a collection agency for upwards of $2000. After my insurance company investigated the matter they found that he was committing INSURANCE FRAUD. He was attempting to triple dip for each visit, and when it was declined he tried to stiff me with the extra bill.
I attempted to resolve the matter with Dr. Tuggle over email, and he was only interested in his reputation on yelp. He admitted that the ordeal was his fault but made no attempt to reconcile the damages he caused. He and his collection agency committed several violations against the FDCPA.
I now am forced to file a lawsuit against Dr. Tuggle and turn him into the authorities for insurance fraud.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CHIROPRACTOR AT ALL COSTS!!
