Review content:
We rented from managment associates from 2010 - 2012 and had no problems for the first few months. The apartment we rented was owned by an older couple who had gotten too old to manage their property so they turned the management to Howard Rowley. We lived without heat our first winter because he never sent a repair man. We signed a contract that prohibited us from using tobacco or alcohol on the premise but the older couple's daughter smoked and drank all around our house left beer cans on our driveway yard etc. and when I called to complain I had to leave a message because Howard is never available. He did return my call only to say there was nothing he could do. We finally got fed up after this woman would pass out on our lawn, drunk, or wander around in a drunken stupor or high on meth and decided to sell our lease we had multiple people lined up the take over our contract but Howard Rowley was not available to run their applications so they fell through the cracks and he prolonged the whole process.we could never get ahold of him. I had to serve him with a legal notice before he finally got out contract sold. He also changed the locks on the apartment while we were still showing the apartment to sell the contract and then charged us. He charged us to clean the apartment too even though we thoroughly cleaned it ourselves before moving out. He is a crook and a liar don't rent from him.
