Review content:
Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug's customer service seems pretty nonexistent, but the quality of their service of cleaning rugs was great. They picked up the rugs, I asked them some questions, and they never got back to me. They never called and I had to follow up. They need to track their customers. They said they were very busy. I was surprised that they weren't on top of the job.
I think they did a great job as far as cleaning the rugs, but the customer needs to be proactive in getting information.
