Review content:
The guys at Broadway Tire are all about customer satisfaction. From beginning to end, they want to make sure the job is done right and the customer is completely satisfied. Kevin, owner of Broadway Tire, made it his personal mission to make sure I was aware of what was happening, happy with the work done, and satisfied with the result. He even let me use his personal truck while my car was being repaired so that I could get on with my day. This was followed by a phone call a day after the repair to make sure the car was running well. Doug - the project manager - was always on top of what was happening and able to communicate exactly where the repair stood. These guys have been in business for years, and it's because they take customer service seriously. Broadway Tire is a great repair shop that is building a solid reputation through hard work, jobs done right, and customer service.
