So, I am really sad to see all of these comments about Dr. Taylor, as I have been going to her for years. I absolutely love her, and feel that her philosophy of care is good. However, I am relieved to hear that I am not the only one that has had such horrible service from the front office staff. Wow!
I actually told the staff that I wanted to talk to her, and the office manager told me that she does not talk to patients. SO, the next time that I was back there for an appointment, I told her about my experience and what her office manager said. She looked shocked. I don't think she realizes just how AWFUL her staff behaves to her patients. She should really think about doing a major overhaul. Starting with that grumpy one that sits off in the back and snaps like a pit bull!
Pros: Love Dr. Taylor and the hygenists.
Cons: The office staff is the WORST ever!
