false advertisement- no social activities.business center is a table and a chair,the wifi doesn't work,gates to community are broken.landscape is dead behind the scenes, office staff is nice but they lie. Maintence is a joke, takes two weeks to fix leaks or breaks,then they patch it over and breaks again two weeks later.
