We have purchased 2 different remote systems from Carfeteria..1st Viper was installed in our Dodge dakota at my request before I would purchase the vehicle. The 2nd in our Jeep Wrangler. I understand aftermarket parts are made to fit a variety of applications and fine tuning the part to your specific vehicles quirks and traits can sometimes be ....frustrating...for ALL involved. The 2 minor issues that have arisen have been handeled professionally and my concerns were addressed immediately. A slight tweak here or there is sometimes all it takes They took the time to listen to my concerns, comments and questions. Then worked out the solution in a timely manor. Would not hesitate to recommend Patti and her Carfeteria staff!!! In our world of me me me, instant gratifcation, and ""hey, just because i work here ..dont expect me to help you""...it is very nice to deal with someone who knows what ""Customer Service "" means.
