I would compare the owner to that of the Soup Nasi from Seinfeld. Do NOT question his work. I took my suitcase to have the zipper fixed. The teeth of the zipper were beginning to separate and it was also separating from the bag (about an inch in length). He charged $20 up front and he takes cash only. I now know why b/c it leaves you with no recourse. I went to pick up my bag today and the teeth of the zipper still look the same however he did fix where it was separating from the bag. I asked him a simple question ""What did you do to fix this?"" Honestly, he starting raising his voice and advised me he didn't have to tell me how he fixed it. Probably b/c he didn't want me to know he gouged me for at most 30 mins of work. We went round and round with him keeping his voice raised and he kept going to the back of his shop leaving me there with my mouth on the floor.\r \r I have no idea if the zipper will hold but do not plan to take the chance on my two week trip to Greece. Reason I was getting the bag fixed. I will just have to buy a new piece.\r \r If you are one who accepts things as is then this is the place for you. If you are like me and want to question workmanship and have it done right, this is NOT your place.\r \r Maybe the ""famous"" people get the best treatment but us ""commoners"" do not.
