I went to Transmission Specialist hoping to get professional and reliable work done on my vehicle and got neither. I had to take a loan out for work done on my vehicle and was sent off with my vehicle making an awful noise (that it was not making before I brought it to them) located somewhere in the transfer case and drive shaft. Instead of locating what the problem was they said I should not worry about it; that it was just annoying noise and not unsafe. The owner of the shop avoided my calls for a week and I was also lied to about who done the work. I now have to spend another $500 plus labor that I do not have to replace the transfer case. I sought out advice through another transmission shop and they conveyed this all could have been avoided if they had been professional in the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. I actually called the owner today again and he again did not have time for me and that is when I told him my intent to leave this review and he did not care, he conve
