Businiess name:  P F Chang's China Bistro
Review by:  John W.
Review content:
I have been to a half dozen PF Changs over the years. I always consider them a great slightly high end Chinese food place. This is not your square boxes and bad decoration Chinese place. This is the Macaroni Grill of Chinese food. We had a bit of a wait, as we forgot it was family hour in Broomfield at 5:30 pm and we did not have reservations. I had an Asian Pear Mojito while waiting. Interesting and indicative of the fun drinks on their cocktail menu. They also have a good selection of wines by the glass. They do not have a wine list per se, but they have Opus One on the list if you really must have it. We have four fairly good Chinese food standards served family style for four people. The family style was nice, but they did not serve you, they only set it on the table. The Kung Pao chicken was odd in that is had no sauce to it, It was served completely dry. I thought that was weird. They have fried wonton bananas and ice cream for dessert. They were awesome. But I am partial to bananas and fried foods, so go figure.
