YUCK. Ordered a cold ham/turkey/cheese club sandwich that comes w/fries & coleslaw. Sandwich was warm/soggy, w/no cheese, the meat was low quality lunch meat that tasted even worse than it looked. No fries or slaw. Also ordered a steak/cheese sandwich. May not have had cheese?it was too repulsive to actually taste, that can't be officially confirmed. The meat was dry/burned & this bun was also soggy. We also got an order of mozzarella sticks, which were disgusting.They were weird & mealy and more than one shot out little pockets of grease.
Said they wouldn't process a refund until after they returned to our apartment to retrieve the disgusting sandwiches?then didn't even bother to come back. When they finally issued a refund, kept the 20 percent tip we left & didn't issue a refund for the vile mozzarella sticks. So we still paid almost $15 for one of the worst delivery experiences of our lives.
