Our initial experience with the company was with Martin Breit, whom was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, spent over an hour going over our situation and even agreed to come back later the same evening to further explain the various options we had in a new heat pump. The install was set for the next day and in a timely manner was started promptly as promised. The "team" encountered a freon leak in the outside unit and I was impressed that immediately another was delivered by Dave Kace, and the process never skipped a beat. Our current heat pump is experiencing some difficulties at this time, but again we know this will be replaced and taken care of very soon! Our experience thus far leads us to believe that integrity and honesty do actually exist in an industry clouded by many companies who claim these atributes, but do not follow through to truly be customer oriented. As I stated previously, we are not quite complete, but we know that Gary and Dave (management/owners), will do what it takes to replace the unit and get us going and this is what sets Climate Magic apart from others out there.
