I told the people at the front desk that when I had gotten glasses for my son he was allergic to the silicon nose pads. The lady with the accent (sorry not sure of her name) acted like I was lying. She even mentioned when people lose their nose pads they come in and get them replaced. My son did not lose the nose pads he is allergic to the silicon material they are made of. She made me feel like I was lying and didn't know what I was talking about. I told her ok order them and when he breaks out I will bring them back and they can figure out what to do. I liked the doctor but the other staff except I believe her name was Lakeisha were not very friendly or nice. Would never recommend anyone to go here. It's to bad because the doctor was very nice and helpful.
