I made a haircut appointment 4 weeks in advance at 5pm. I got a call on the DAY OF the appointment saying that my stylist was running about 20 minutes behind. No big deal. I got another call about 10 minutes later saying that some other stylist went into labor so my stylist was suddenly unavailable. I asked if I could get in with someone else and they scheduled me with a different stylist at 530pm. No big deal again. I show up at 530, check in and sit down. About a half an hour goes by and I asked what the hold up was and the front desk girl (the same one who checked me in) said she would find out. She came back up about 5 minutes later and said 'Oh, um, I guess nobody communicated to the stylist that you were here.' WHAT? and then she says 'Would you like to reschedule?' Um NO She was the one who not only called me every single time, but she was also the one who checked me in!!! What a waste of time. I will never step foot in this salon again and will strongly advise everyone I know to go elsewhere.
