I've had a very different experience compared to most of the other people that have been reviewing on here and maybe it is because I’m from the east coast and used to very different doctor and hospital experiences. My doctor has been very nice and listens and answers all the questions I have (this is my first pregnancy so I have had a lot). I always get calls with test results and never have a long wait. They even call to remind me of appointments. Everything has been very well organized and I know what to expect from every appointment which is great to know ahead of time when I’ll have an ultrasound or have to be pricked with a needle. The ladies at the blood place do a great job too. I HATE needles and they are very fast and I never have a bruise here. I do agree with the one reviewer...Patti is awesome, she knows a lot and she does a lot. The reason I deduct a star was when I fell and had to call in and the dr. on duty was the guy dr. and I felt that he was kind of short, but I wouldn’t say that he was rude…just very to the point.
