I have had Rich Jarvis as my state farm agent for the last several years and have been impressed with the services offered by him and his team. A few years ago, I got a speeding ticket and had two accidents within the same month. Ugh, it was terrible! Thankfully, the people at Rich Jarvis Insurance helped me get through that period of time by helping me file the claim, explaining coverage/benefits and doing all they could to get me back on track. The lady in the office (I think her name is Renee?) was really nice and very knowledgeable. I give the team that works here 5 stars for working extra hard for my benefit and recommend Rich Jarvis Insurance to anyone who lives here in the Treasure Valley.
