I can't even give these sub-human degenerates a single star, but JudysBook made me do it. The management is, by far, some of the lowest people on the totem pole of life. The local office strives to fill the park with poor and uneducated people because they are easy to control; not having the means to stand up for their own rights. If you do stand up for your rights, they will gossip your name to every person they can in order to create discord in the community and attempt to force you to leave. If you do try to leave the right way and sell your property, they will deny approval or steal your buyer out from under you by selling them a park-owned unit for under market value.
Unbelievable to me that someone's life goal is to "rule the trailer park" but hey, someone has to do it I guess.
Seriously, think twice - oh hell, think and then RUN FAST - before you move into this giant cesspool of derelict drug users and leeches of society.
