Review content:
Made a call to make an appointment for a SPECIFIC car "on their lot" that I saw online. It was a great deal that I was READY TO BUY.\r
Got to the appointment in the middle of a snow storm and the car was gone. Already sold/off the lot.\r
Was then assured that the EXACT same car, EXACT same color, EXACT same year, LOWER mileage, EXACT SAME PRICE was being shipped from another location and was in transfer. \r
Knowing that I was VERY interested in the car, they assured me that they would hold it for me and that I absolutely wouldn't need a deposit for the first look because of the already miscommunication. \r

After the date they certified as the arrival day, I called questioning if it had come in and why they hadn't called me. Again, the car was sold. \r

Mind you--they didn't even bother to call me or even offer to have me come in to take a look at another car or offer me another deal. GREAT SALES SERVICE?!?!\r
