I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I ended up with a very crooked haircut there. I received very rude, poor customer service when I called back to request that the haircut be fixed. I ended up paying more money to go elsewhere to have my haircut fixed. They had to cut over an inch off the length of my hair and a lot of my layers were cut to even everything out. It will take 1-2 more haircuts for my layers to finally even out this haircut was so bad. I emailed pictures of my crooked haircut to the salon owner along with an explanation of how upset I was about the experience I had at the salon and the response I received was very condescending. There was no acknowledgement of poor quality service or poor customer service.
