On a trip up to Philly to meet friends for dinner we decided on the Penns Landing Hyatt. We went during the winter so didn't get to avail ourselves of the ferry across to the cool tourist trap in NJ, but we had an awesome view of it and will be back to take that adventure during warmer months for sure. This Hyatt is also near a few great restaurants right there on the small dock so you won't go hungry any time of year. The staff here was friendly and efficent, if not overly quick with the upgrades. Ok, we're slightly spoiled, no points off for that. The place was packed for some convention anyway. The room, while not a suite, was definitely sufficient for the low internet rate we scored. We had all the usual ammenities and the requisite in-room coffee maker. The room was also one of the cleanest I'd ever seen. I'll go with 4 stars here and recommend this one if you are planning a vacation to Philly. There certainly is a lot to do right near the hotel, and it's friendly. You could d
