I recently had to have my 9 year dog put to sleep after finding that his illness was not going to get any better. I have taken my pets to Dr. Paulson for several years but, never expected the following. During the long process of lab work Xrays and medical exams I found that Dr. Paulson's care and compassion for my pet met and exceeded my expectations. He worked diligently to treat and diagnose my pet. When it was apparent that the end was here Dr. Paulson showed real sorrow for me. The "real" caring and understanding I received from the staff was remarkable. When the decision was made I had to call for that awful appointment the receptionist Alicia was compassionate and made the hardest part easier. When I went alone to do the procedure I was not expecting the emotion to pour out of me the way it did but, I was not alone a caring shoulder was there for me. I think her name was Melissa. Thank you so much for being there and going above and beyond for my pet. I am not ready yet to get a
