Went in for a tire rotation and was told it would be 30-40 min. 40 min. laster my car was pulled into the bay. 35 min. laster the job was complete. A 40 min job became an hour & 15min job. Employees are friendly. The waiting area is clean with music playing softly in the bacground. Free coffee is offered if you get there before it runs out. Can't complain too much, it was a free rotation ~ comes with purchase of tires.
