This place has lots of local color,like neighboorhood thugs selling dope in the parking lot and local vagrants asking for a cigarette or some spare change, and we're not even in the door yet.As we walk in on a friday night for dinner we are completely ignored by the staff who are lounging around by the entrance to the kitchen apparently complaining about how much they hate the clientle.A local drunk is eyeing us while mumbling to himself under his breath and cocking his thumb and forefinger like a gun,shooting presumably at invisible people that account for the voices in his head.Without bothering to seat us herself, the bartender (manager?) begins screaming at the gaggle of languishing staff to seat us, she is sweaty and agitated. Finally we are seated and a cold beer is in order. When it arrives about 15 minutes later it is no longer cold and I am no longer amused.
