I am a Ventura local and when I first saw the Blue Moon, I thought, "What a cute place. They probably are only for super-duper tiny chicks though" so I ignored it. Well, I was looking for a Sarong and my co-worker said she got hers at The Blue Moon. So I went and bought one. I have gone back multiple times since and bought many many things other than a sarong that surprisingly fit me! They have a unique collection of merchandise, the staff is friendly, helpful and charmingly cute and The prices aren't enough to make you walk out the door in embarassment because you can't afford it.
