Review content:
We have had Silver Pine Physicians as our primary care physicians for the past 5 years. The doctors are pretty good. Having said that the services offered by the office staff has degraded significantly. The average wait time on the phone to get an appointment is atleast 20 mins. I had some stat lab work for a fever that has lasted a week and it has taken Dr. Guevara (and his medical assistant) more than 72 hours to respond with suggestions based on the lab work. Our average wait time to see a doctor, in the past year has been atleast 45 mins., since all of the doctors are double booked. We love Dr. Hichme, but unfortunately she has decided to work part time, so we are left choosing for the lesser of all the ""evils"". I understand times are difficult for all of us, but SIlver Pine better pull their socks up, after all they are in the service industry. All in all, good doctors but the office service leaves tonnes to be desired.
