Review content:
I was a new patient fitted for contacts on a 3-month single up-front fee plan. Was given a recommendation for daily disposable lenses but was (unbeknownst to me) fitted for lenses that were not made in a daily disposable. I found this out after two months when, thinking I was done with the process, I requested the prescription, tried to place the order online (at half the price her office would have charged) and then discovered the problem. When I made an appointment to correct the error and to be fitted for daily disposables, as per this provider's recommendation, I was treated as if I were causing a problem for them, not the other way around. I was told that it was highly unusual for a patient to have so many fittings. I explained that I was only back due to their error. This person became angry and defensive and suggested that I should find another eye clinic next time (believe me, I would have anyway). I took my time to come in so they could correct their error and was treated as an annoyance - unbelievably bad treatment. Pros: Nice looking office Cons: Not listening; errors blamed on patient; poor communication
