I had a client move in Jan 13 2007, As of November 20, 2007 I still have not been paid. I have made several attempts to collect. At first they were having an accounting crisis. They got that position filled, then after six months, they claim my client had broken his lease. My clients contact info is no longer in service. LOCATORS -- IF YOU WANT YOUR COMMISSION, DO NOT SEND THIS PEOPLE BUSINESS.
Pros: They will let anybody move in.
Cons: They do not pay you.
