Review content:
Derby weekend has been a nightmare the last two years...I won't return. Not only can't they seat you within 2 hours of your scheduled time, they can't find the time to give you an update, they don't buy you a drink for the inconvenience. If you want to eat dinner there, schedule a breakfast time and you might actually get a table. Loved the place in year one, the last two years have totally sucked.
Pros: The food, when you finally get it, is pretty good
Cons: There is zero customer service orientation here
