This entire office is the most unprofessional practice I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Not only will one have to wait at least 45 minutes past their appointment time to be called back, once in a patient room one is treated like a piece of trash stuck to the MA's shoe. Referrals are made to the wrong specialist, phone calls are not returned, files are not updated. The lab is a joke as well. Paperwork and lab results should not be done and handled where another patient can see. Not once have I ever been asked to verify my name and DOB when blood was taken. The only receipt given to me ever was my credit card receipt. I went for a two week follow up for test results and the MA asked ""Why are you here today?"" I almost walked out. When I told her, she gave a deep sigh and said ""Well, I have to go find them so you're going to have to wait."" Um, excuse me? Shouldn't the doctor have already seen them and the results be in my file? As soon as the second round of test results are in, I will find another doctor.
