I have never been treated so poorly. I recommend you read all reviews. My expierence is just one of many. Front desk coordinator was rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic and acted as if my being there was an inconvience to her. She refused to contact insurance company even though this clinic and the doctors are listed on the prefered providers list for coverage. While in exam room, changing into gown. Front desk coordinator burst into exam room without knocking, where I (the patient) was standing, undressed and she stood in the door way with the door open with her co-workers walking thru the hallways. I got dressed, and I left in tears because I was injured and being treated like a drug addicted felon, without being seen by a doctor. According to the recording they play while you are hold for this office, the staff is professional, sympathetic and they work with injuries all the time. This couldnt be farther from the truth. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone! All staff in doctors offices should be caring and helpful. They are there to help people, NOT to make them feel as if they are not worthy of medical care. This is by far the worst expierence I have ever had and warn against anyone using this clinic.
