The physical facilities are not very nice. Makes me suspect the better doctors do not practice there. Have met one doctor who was very nice but soon discovered another one practices or did in that group and I know he has a very bad reputation - I've been in med circles too long. \r \r The parking lot is rough, the patients are stacked in chairs lining the hallways which makes for a very crowded situation and not at all comfortable. The chairs are not comfy - especially for people in pain. There are not enough restrooms. It's not very clean. Some pieces of the tile in the ceiling are falling out and the tiles in the ceiling in the raddiology room are falling out. In fact, I saw signs of leaks in the ceiling all over the place. The changing rooms for the radiology are just closets with a curtain in the hallway. Patients are sitting in examining gowns in the hallway - men and women together. They have no sense of privacy or sensitivity to patient needs. And I wrote the book on the latter. I sure hope they sharpen up in their new building. I don't like their physical facilities at all. They take bp and temps in the hallway - again, ignoring patient privacy. Mine was very high after a 3 hour wait and frustration and I yelled in pain and complained. The girl taking it was not very good - patients need to be treated with sensitivity. \r \r The first time I went there I waited 2 hours and had to leave for another med appt. They did refund my money politely. Pros: Refunded money when I had to leave w/o complaining Cons: Poor physical facilities
